Winter Social Tennis

During the winter months, once the clocks have changed, we continue to play outdoors (weather permitting), but only on Saturday afternoons, as it is too dark for the evening sessions. (Members may also play on Sunday mornings/afternoons, should they wish).

We also have a group of members that play indoors at the John Charles Tennis Centre in South Leeds on Saturday and Tuesday afternoons, to guarantee a game whatever the weather. If you would like to join this group, please let David Burton know, as the courts have to be booked in advance.

So, unless it's prolonged heavy rain or sub-zero temperatures, there will probably be the more hardy members playing at the club - feel free to join them.
